Online training in the use of the tool 2 h for up to 4 people. Depending on the client's location, training can be carried out on site by special arrangement.

Types of conversation cards:

• 44 question cards (4 strands of questions: Me and changes; Emotions during changes; Evaluation of changes; Action and Resources);
• 13 Change Situation Cards (for defining and recording your own type/situation of change);
• 4 employee role identity cards (Supporter, Opponent, Friendly, Cautious), two copies each.
